Ghorepani and Ghandruk are two separate beautiful villages famous for their beauty for rhododendron as well as fascinating sunrise and sunsets along with a mesmerizing view of snow-capped mountains. Poonhill trek is known as one of the easiest trekking routes in Nepal. It lies in the Annapurna Sanctuary which is a popular destination for domestic and well as international tourists. It is an easy trail for beginners i.e. who are trekking for the first time. There are enough guesthouses and restaurants on the way as it has been a popular destination since its establishment. You will be experiencing the Himalayas, people, their lifestyle, nature, cultures and tradition, valleys, terraces, forests, flora, and faunas, etc. All together in this short vacation pack. You can see a close-up view of majestic Annapurna and Dhaulagiri as these two peaks are the major attraction of this trek. You will also be seeing other mountain ranges like Fishtail, Himchuli, Nilgiri, Tukuche, etc. 

You will be starting your trek from Pokhara i.e. Nayapul. You will be observing various socio-economic activities like terraced farming, animal grazing, cultivation, etc. you will be viewing fresh breathtaking scenarios of perfectly settled snow-capped mountains and hills along with picturesque typical Nepali houses and villages. This trek is about 7 days long so it is perfectly fine for beginners or people who want to enjoy their vacation investing time into something adventurous. After the trekking is done, you will return to Pokhara where you can spend your time doing some adventurous activities like paragliding or boating. Else, you can stroll around the lakeside and enjoy the view and relax. Pokhara is the city of lakes and people from different districts of Nepal come to spend a vacation. There are a lot of pubs and bars in Pokhara so there is a reason you will not get bored if you have enough leisure time. 

Itenerary

You will be arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and our representatives will escort you to a hotel probably located at the heart of the city, Thamel. You can rest for the day or stroll around the hotel area to explore some shops to buy some souvenirs. Thamel is a tourist hub which serves all type of cuisine so it will be easy for you to grab your meal.
You will be driven to the airport and from there you will catch a domestic flight to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, you will be transferred to Nayapul from where your trek begins. You will be ascending the fertile terraced farms of rice, maize, etc. you will have your lunch on the way. After your lunch, you will be walking alongside the village boundaries to reach Tikhedhunga Teahouse where you will spend your night.
You will have your breakfast in the guest house then head to Ghorepani. You will be climbing up to Ulleri then proceed your walk on a steep stone-paved stair which is about 3767 steps which will lead you to cultivated fields. The rest of the trail you will be walking through will be covered with beautifully bloomed rhododendron and oak forest. You will reach Nangethati eventually then stop to have your lunch. After then, you will follow the trail leading to Ghorepani, a village surrounded by a spectacular scene that is popular among the trekkers.
After having your breakfast early in the morning, you will start the climb to Poon Hill just about an hour before the dawn because you would not want to miss a beautiful sunset and iconic view of snow-capped mountains during golden hour. You can have hot coffee or hot chocolate and enjoy the view. You will then trek down to Ghorepani and a brisk walk a full day to reach Tadapani. Along the way, you can view stunning scenarios your camera can capture.
Nayapul will be your last trek of this destination. After a hearty breakfast, you will descent a steep trail to Syauli Bazaar along with fascinating landscapes, hills, and villages. Eventually, you will reach Nayapul and the tour guide will transfer you to a hotel. even if you will be staying in the city area, you can see the magnificent view of white mountains and hills. You can rest for some time in the hotel or manage your leisure time doing something productive. You can go boating or paragliding as it is a famous adventure in Pokhara. Overnight stay in the hotel.
After your breakfast in the morning, you will be catching a domestic flight to return Kathmandu. Even if your trek has ended, you will be viewing the aerial view of landscapes and villages along with a smoothly flowing river. It will take about 30 minutes to reach Kathmandu. You will be transferred to your hotel where you can rest and have your meal.
Our representative will drop you to the airport 3 hours before your scheduled flight.
